Commission Calculations
Slot, energy, mobility, and swap earnings for each tenant's own chargers/jobs only. PG fees are payment-processor charges deducted before % splits.
What are PG fees (payment gateway fees)?
PG fee / Gateway fee / GW fee are the same concept: the fee charged by the payment processor (Cashfree, Stripe, PhonePe, PayPal, etc.) for collecting the customer payment. It is not a PaliPoint commission and not a crew driver share.
- Configure per-gateway fee % / flat fee and Inclusive vs Exclusive on Tenants → Add/Edit tenant → Payment gateway fees.
- Inclusive: customer pays product total + PG fee (fee is stamped and not subtracted again from the product base). Exclusive: customer pays product total only; fee is subtracted from the settlement pool before tenant / platform / crew splits.
- The PG fees column sums gateway fees stamped on slot, energy, mobility, swap, and subscription payments in the selected date range.
- Platform revenue and your net earnings are calculated on the amount left after exclusive fees (and after crew on mobility) - so higher exclusive PG fees lower both platform and you payouts for that transaction.
