Why use Work Orders?
Work Orders help you track, assign, and manage immediate repair or maintenance tasks for charge points.
What it does: You can choose to mark a charger as 'Under Maintenance' which synchronizes to your Charge Points dashboard and the end-user Mobile App, preventing unintended charging sessions on broken connectors.
When to use: Create a Work Order when a charge point breaks down or requires significant service to minimize downtime and track repair costs safely out of public rotation.
