Step 1
Create integration
Set partner Versions URL, Token A, partner Party ID / Country, partner role (CPO or eMSP), and your roles.
Step 2
Discover
GET /versions → version details → cache Credentials, Locations, Commands, etc.
Step 3
Handshake
POST your token, Versions URL, and roles[] to the partner Credentials URL from discovery.
Step 4
Sync
Inventory → Locations → Tariffs. Mobile always uses /api/mobile/* — never partner OCPI directly.
